Case Study 1:
Campus Tabling & Workshops (Ohlone College)

Overview

Role: Campus Rep — Washington High School
Scale: Weekly classroom talks, bimonthly tabling, monthly workshops with ~30 students each

The Ask

Turn one-off, low-visibility outreach into a consistent, trusted campus presence:
With no existing playbook to work from.

How I Ran It

  • Tabled on a bimonthly basis to catch walk-up student interest

  • Ran weekly presentations across 5–10 classrooms to keep the college's presence visible and consistent

  • Hosted 4–5 workshops a month, each with roughly 30 students, walking them through the actual enrollment steps

  • Balanced group sessions with 1:1 troubleshooting for students stuck at different points in the process

How It Went

Building real, face-to-face trust rather than relying on flyers or email blasts is what turned 10 historical contacts into 124+ new enrollments in a single year.

Case Study 2:
Adult Retreats (Resonate)

Overview

Role: Marketing Project Manager
(Volunteer Staff)
Scale: Two annual retreats:
100 attendees (Year 1)
85 attendees (Year 2)

The Ask

Support two large-scale adult retreats end-to-end-
Driving awareness and attendance while making sure operations had what they needed to actually run the event.

How I Ran It

  • Led marketing and promotion to build reach and drive registration for both retreats.

  • Partnered directly with the operations team to source and prepare materials needed on-site.

  • Managed messaging, timelines, and budget for both events as part of Resonate's broader event promotion system.

How It Went

Two successful retreats, back to back, with 100 and 85 attendees respectively, plus a marketing and materials-coordination process that Resonate could repeat the following year.
