I got here by being the person who rolls up her sleeves first: running point on 80+ stakeholder pipelines, building processes from scratch when none existed, and translating chaos into a plan everyone can follow.
I earned my degree in Communications & PR to master how to reach any audience with a tone that's warm, authentic, and persuasive, bringing that same instinct to how I manage projects and people.
